A reservation lets you secure our first production batch with a refundable deposit. Dispatch timelines are estimates and may change. If we decide not to proceed with production, your deposit is refunded in full. Placing a reservation is not a guarantee of supply until your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for reservations and orders placed on cerebrafoods.in.
Your reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before your order is dispatched. To cancel, email [support@cerebrafoods.in] with the name and email used at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
If we decide not to proceed with production, every reservation is refunded in full, automatically — no action needed from you.
Because our gummies are a consumable food product, opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
